Who we are

Yalosys AG is a privately owned Swiss SME focused on providing laser microprocessing solutions for “IN GLASS” product manufacturing: from the single glass component to the fully packaged microsystem.

We provide laser micromachining services for small to mid-volume productions, contract service manufacturing for the development of new “IN GLASS” products as well as engineering & consultancy services to support our customers in the development of new projects, compliant with the regulations and best practices (GMP, ISO 13485) of the MedTech sector.

Laser micromachining

Yalosys provides laser micromachining services for high-quality and precision glass micro parts. We work together with our customers from the feasibility assessment to the laser process development to always achieve the customer’s requirements. We help our customers to achieve cost-effective solutions from process development to high-volume manufacturing. Glasses we have been working with: Borofloat, D263, Mempax, Aluminosilicate, Low and Alkali-free glass, Quartz, Fused Silica, Soda Lime, BK7, Sapphire.
